How long will it take?

Upon receipt of your prescription, your order is confirmed by our physician and filled by our pharmacist. This process takes about 2-3 business days assuming that we have all the required information submitted with your order. We then ship your prescription(s) to you using Canada Post - Xpresspost USA, which will arrive at your door within 7-10 business days.

How long will it take?

New Prescription

Upon receipt of your prescription, your order is confirmed by our physician and filled by our pharmacist. This process takes about 3 business days assuming that we have all the required information submitted with your order. We then ship your prescription(s) to you using Canada Post - Xpresspost USA, which will arrive at your door within 7-10 business days.

Refill Prescription

Upon receipt and confirmation of your refill, our pharmacist fills the prescription. We then ship your prescription(s) to you using Canada Post - Xpresspost USA, which will arrive at your door within 7-10 business days.

Request Order Forms

In order for us to ship your medications, you must include a copy of your valid prescription signed by your American doctor with the order forms that you send us. We must receive this information before we can begin to process your order or delays might be incurred.

Please note that we accept payment by VISA and MasterCard, Certified checks and Money orders.

From this point, we take care of the rest.

A licensed Canadian doctor will review and sign your prescription. If necessary, your physician may be contacted for further clarification. Your order will be processed and shipped by our pharmacists.

Our commitment is to have your order ready for shipping within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your information.

From that point, the mail system may take 7 to 10 days for delivery, so please give yourself ample time to receive your order.

• Here are some other tips that will help you with your order:
• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include ALL applicable dispensing fees.
• The shipping cost is: $13.00 from Canada and other countries except New Zealand which has no shipping charge. A second country has a $10 shipping on the same day.
• The quantity in our medication database indicates the quantity in the manufacturers sealed package. CanAm Rx Discount Drugs only ships in the manufacturers sealed packages.
• It is unlawful for CanAm Rx Discount Drugs to accept any returns on medication so all sales are final.
