Shipping & Handling

At CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc., our commitment is to have your prescription order reviewed, processed and ready for shipment within 1-3 business days from receipt of your completed information. CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc. offers you the convenience of having your prescription orders mailed directly to your home. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your order. We use Canada Post Xpresspost, which includes a tracking number and insurance on the first $100 of an order. Our shipping and handling fee is $12.00 US for your entire order.

Return Policy

No refunds, returns or exchanges are possible for any drug or medication once shipped to you. This is the law in the USA and Canada. However if your package is lost or damaged during shipping the dispensing pharmacy will issue a full refund or replace your order upon verification from Canada Post/US Postal Service.

Drug Policy

In order to process your order, CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc. must receive a valid, signed prescription from a  licensed US doctor. Additionally, CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc. and its representatives will not handle any narcotic pharmaceuticals or other controlled substances such as benzodiazephines. Due to FDA regulations, you may order up to a three-month supply of your medication for personal use, if that is what has been prescribed to you. Any amount above this three-month limit is not considered "personal use."

Privacy Policy

Your information is very important to us. CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc., its affiliated Canadian Pharmacy, and its affiliated Canadian physician understand the importance of your privacy and recognize your right to have your personal information safeguarded. We ensure the highest ethical and professional standards for confidentiality. Customer information is not available to any other business entity. In order to review your prescription and process your order in a quick and timely manner, CanAm Rx Discount Drugs, Inc., requires certain personal data and credit card information. However, we do not ask for your social security number.

Visitors to our website are not tracked on an individual basis although certain voluntary information may be collected to improve the content and design of our website.

The information you provide to us when placing an order enables us to process your order. It is only shared with those parties required to complete the order. For instance, our affiliated Canadian physician must review your "Medical Data" to authorize your prescription, as per Canadian Law. When required, it may be necessary to release information directly to you, the customer and the authorized physician caring for you, the customer. Also, to ship the products ordered, your name and address must be disclosed to the postal service. We also use the information you provide to confirm shipment and delivery (e.g., by telephone, fax or e-mail).

When provided, e-mail addresses are used to answer specific individual requests, to confirm the status of an order and inform you of any change or additions to our service. E-mail addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties. Any voluntary information gathered may be used to improve the content and design of our website but is not tracked or identified by individual user.
